End User License Agreement

Last updated: 9 July 2026

This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) governs use of the Beaulah Accounts software and its integration with QuickBooks Online (the “Software”), provided by Beaulah House Consulting Ltd, a company registered in England & Wales (company no. 10201582) (“we”, “us”). By connecting a QuickBooks Online company to the Software or otherwise using it, you (“you”) agree to this Agreement.

1. Licence

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Software solely to manage the accounting records of companies you own or are authorised to administer. The Software is a private integration and is not licensed for resale or for use on behalf of unauthorised third parties.

2. Intuit / QuickBooks Online

The Software connects to QuickBooks Online using Intuit’s official API under an authorisation you grant via Intuit’s OAuth flow. Your use of QuickBooks Online remains subject to your agreement with Intuit. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of Intuit. You may revoke the Software’s access at any time from within QuickBooks Online or your Intuit account.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Software unlawfully, to interfere with its operation, to attempt to access data you are not authorised to access, or to circumvent its safeguards (including the company-realm guard that restricts postings to the authorised company file).

4. Data

The Software reads and writes accounting data (such as invoices, customers, items and tax details) in the connected company only as instructed by the operator. How we handle data is described in our Privacy Policy.

5. No warranty

The Software is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. You are responsible for reviewing the accuracy of any accounting entries it prepares or posts before relying on them.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profits, data or goodwill, arising from use of the Software. Nothing in this Agreement limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

7. Termination

This licence ends automatically if you disconnect the Software or breach this Agreement. On termination you must stop using the Software; stored authorisation tokens are invalidated.

8. Governing law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of England & Wales, and the courts of England & Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
