Beaulah Accounts is a private bookkeeping-automation tool operated by Beaulah House Consulting Ltd (company no. 10201582, England & Wales). It reads supplier invoices, prepares them as accounting entries, and posts them into the connected QuickBooks Online company on the account owner’s instruction.

What it does

Parses invoice PDFs into structured accounting data.
Creates and reconciles invoices in QuickBooks Online via Intuit’s official API.
Applies per-company posting rules (customer, item, tax/CIS treatment) with a realm guard that prevents posting to the wrong company file.

This is an internal integration used by Beaulah House Consulting Ltd and the entities it provides bookkeeping services for. It is not a public marketplace app and does not onboard third-party users.
